The Genesis X booth provides operators with a fully functional spray booth/oven unit, purposely designed for use with water based paint systems which is economical to install, operate and maintain.
With light levels of 1300 lux this modern technologically advanced tunnel airflow booth with rear extraction chest eliminates the need for disruptive site preparation work and underfloor extraction pits. This spacious booth cabin also incorporates a unique space saving, roof mounted plant design to maximise available workshop floor space.
Efficient fully modulating gas burners provide uniform air temperatures during all modes of operation. Instantaneous mode selection is achieved with fast action pneumatic control dampers which permit continuous booth operation when switching between cycles. Coupled with fast air movement and our user friendly “Push & Go” control system with built in Flash Off mode the Genesis X booth reduces flash off times for all compliant coatings and provides the ideal cost effective refinishing environment.
