The Genesis HiAir spray booth/oven simply defines Quality and performance. This dynamic downdraught booth is by design a supremely efficient, modern facility that combines all the design, characteristics and equipment levels desired by the most discerning repairer.
The Dalby Genesis HiAir is the ultimate spray booth/oven design. Incorporating a plethora of innovative characteristics the Genesis HiAir also features the Dalby Spraybooth Management System (SMS) to assist the operator to produce work of the very highest quality, even in the most difficult and demanding bodyshops.
Utilising a 'simple to use' touch screen PLC the SMS control system is a user friendly interface that provides consummate operating conditions for the sprayer during all modes of operation. In an age when information and economy is vital the SMS control system is able to provide up to the second details on process times, air temperatures, and filter conditioning whilst also automatically adjusting the booth set up for optimum performance. The SMS interface incorporates the ingenious Dalby EcoSave Energy Saving Mode and Smartset system. These features provide optimum operating conditions for specific paint systems during all modes of operation and can substantially reduce the booths operational running costs.
